The information is only used to fascilitate customer service and is not and will not be shared with third parties (other than to facilitate delivery of ordered goods). leocortesstudios.com does not archive credit or debit card numbers.

Leo Cortes Studios absorbs the costs of shipping on all items.
SHIPPING TIMES
Please allow 5-7 days of production time for Giclee Limited Reproduction prints. These fine Giclee prints are not stored in a ware house, they are custom printed upon request. Custom portraits are shipped within 3 business days after it's been completed and final payment has been recieved. Leo Cortes's original artwork is shipped within 3 business days of recieving full payment of the item.
COMMISSION PORTRAIT COMPLETION TIMES
Completion of commissioned portraits does not adhere to specified deadlines and completion time depends on size, media used to paint or draw, and demand of Leo's services. However an estimated time of completion will be given by Leo D. Cortes.
SHIPPING METHODS
All orders to businesses are shipped via FedEx Express Saver.
Orders to private residence are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery.
Items with a total value above 3,000 are considered high value items and are shipped via ShipSmart® fine art courier service. Shipping and handling fees are automatically included in items priced over 3,000 dollars.

CANCELLATION/RETURN/REFUND POLICY
In the unlikely event of an item arrived in faulty condition, please advise us immediately for instructions of return for a free replacement or refund. Falure of prompt notification may delay and affect our ability to replace or refund items damaged during transit.
You may return item to us within 14 days if not fully satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us before returning the item. Once we have received it, we will honor and credit a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
PRICES
All commissioned portraits are subject to an initial payment of 25% based on the total value of the work. After portraits are complete as agreed by the customer, an email link will be sent to the customer by which they can finalize payment and pay for shipping costs using methods shown above.
Product prices on this website are also subject to change and are set in United States Dollars You accept responsability for import duties and taxes to the country in which the product is delivered.
While we make an effort ensure price accuracy, in the unlikely event that a mistake in price occurs, we will contact the customer with the price correction as soon as possible. If our efforts to contact the cutomer fail, we will deem the order cancelled and will grant a 100% refund to the customer.

Using the same shipping service provider is recommended to avoid delays. COD's not accepted by leocortesstuddios.com. Insurance for packages is always recommended, and we do not accept responsability for items lost or stolen during return transit.

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
all placed orders will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser. All purchases and orders placed through this website are delivered via Ground Shipping and are purchased pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that title and risk of loss for such items pass to you (the customer) upon our delivery to the carrier. The customer is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
